The
Business Case
Densei Lambda selected Baan to be
their ERP solution of choice and decided
to implement Baan at 7 Sites in 5
different countries. . Apart from
the Baan 5b ERP system, Baan SCS Planner
was also selected as the solution
for centralized planning across the
organization, crossing various international
boundaries. The SCS Planner and Baan
5b systems were required to be integrated
using Baan's Open World integration
framework.
This major ERP
implementation initiative in addition
to complex multi-site / multi-country
scenarios involved comprehensive Migration
from legacy and also real time system
Integrations. e-Emphasys was chosen
by Baan as their prime Implementation
partner on this major project.
The
Result
e-Emphasys successfully implemented
Baan in a record time that was instrumental
in helping Densei-Lambda make a smooth
transition to their new systems, with
minimal impact on their existing business
operations. The implementation helped
Densei Lambda to achieve quick Business
